1. their parents play favourites and twin #1 (let's call him Connor) is kinda the model child and twin #2 (Dylan) isn't. Dylan is more outgoing though, and he aggressively doesn't care about the fact that his parents like him less than his brother. Connor does care though, and he really loves Dylan. he goes out of his way to be good for Dylan, to make sure their family remembers him and accounts for him. but Dylan's rejection of his family extends to his brother.
it's not very healthy and it keeps escalating, because Connor won't give up on Dylan and Dylan won't stop rejecting him or even doing things specifically to hurt him.
I don't know when or how they get together, but by the time they do Connor is extremely tired and worn down and Dylan has to contend with the fact that he's the cause of his brother's abandonment issues. especially because Connor still hasn't let go of Dylan and is still just as devoted to keeping him happy, but he's very guarded about his own wants and needs

2. [the one I'm currently working on] A is 'bought' by B's parents to be a companion for B, but B decides to share A with his older brother. it's almost wholesome, even if A is a traumatised wreck for most part and B struggles with his own tendency to manipulate people. C does a good job of keeping his younger brother in line and making sure A is okay, but it's a bumpy ride because C is away a lot, and B really isn't the best at aftercare. A also struggles with feeling left out by the dynamic between B and C

3. twincest again! this is an AU of one of my original works. Fiona loves her brother and Felix loves her just as much and they bang, except that Fiona has a mean streak and Felix tends to self harm.

4. Julian is trans and needy and Steve is cruel and loves him. I have a lot of fic written for this so I won't spend as long talking about it but i love them,,,,,,,like so much. dude.
