nerdflighterI had a therapy session of sorts today (long story) and we came to some conclusions
- I desperately need my own room
- I have many symptoms of depression but I don't come across as depressed.
- not only do I have adhd and autism, I also display some symptoms of ocd
- we were not trying to diagnose me and the guy wasn't a diagnostician, but when I described my thought patterns he said "this sounds like ocd" and I said "yeah, but not enough"
- the adhd and autism came from me, very tentatively
- we spoke about the fact that eating has always been a huge goddamn ordeal for me
- there's not much my parents can do to make my life better, even though my life could be better
